Ethan Hamish, Founder and Director

Ethan Hamish

Founder & Director, Kronos Elite

Former special operations professional | Strategic defense advisory | Security consulting

Ethan Hamish completed more than twenty years of U.S. military service, including sixteen years in roles tied to Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC). He is regarded in defense strategy, special operations, and private military consultancy for sound judgment in complex, high-stakes settings.

As Founder and Director of Kronos Elite, he translates that field experience, command discipline, and forward planning into programs built for government and commercial clients that require both capability and accountability.

Military career and legacy

Mr. Hamish’s career rests on consistent performance and a strong sense of duty. Across two decades he advanced through assignments in contested theaters and elevated threat environments. His JSOC tenure—within the United States’ premier special-mission force—included leading and supporting sensitive operations across the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and other classified areas of responsibility. His work spanned counterterrorism, intelligence support, personnel recovery, and direct action, contributing to the protection of U.S. and allied interests. He was repeatedly recognized for precision in execution, clarity under command responsibility, and composure when timelines collapsed. Extensive collaboration with multinational task forces and partner-nation elite units reinforced his reputation as an experienced commander and adaptive strategist.

At Kronos Elite, Mr. Hamish channels that background into lawful, reviewable delivery—linking field execution to governance, after-action discipline, and client oversight.

Governance

Board-level oversight includes independent ethics review, export compliance sign-off on new theaters, and quarterly operational risk reporting. Leadership compensation is tied to incident-free delivery and client retention metrics—not billable hours alone.
